			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Starting a new exercise routine is never easy, but ensuring you stick at it can be even harder. Regardless of whether youre in hard core training to run a marathon or whether youre just looking to shift a couple of spare pounds, motivation can dictate whether you succeed to fail. Here are just five simple tips to ensure you stay as motivated as possible and don&#8217;t fall off the exercise wagon.<span id="more-78"></span></p>
<p>The first bit of advice is to always speak to a doctor first. This may not seem like a motivational tip but a doctor will be able to advise you on what exercises will suit your body best. A doctor will also be able to help you design a routine that can accommodate any underlying health complaints.</p>
<p>You need to have a clear idea of why you&#8217;re doing this in the first place. Your reason needs to be as precise as possible. You cant simple say you want to be healthy, you have to decide what is first was that made you want to change. For example you may have kids that you want to play with without getting out of breath or perhaps you want to do a charity run. If you goal is to lose weight you need to have an exact reason why and you need to know how much too. You could be looking forward to a holiday and youd love to fit into your old bikini.</p>
<p>Once you know exactly why youre on this new programme youll be able to set your goals. As well as specific your goals need to be practical too. If youre main objective is going to take several months its best to have some smaller goals you can achieve along the way. If your goal is to run a marathon set you first goal as something achievable like being able to run for five minutes without stopping. If you want to fit into a certain dress by a specific date set smaller more short term goals, maybe lose an inch then another etc. Once you know what your goals are you need to write them down somewhere prominent where you cant overlook them.</p>
<p>every time you reach one of these goals its important that you recognise them with a reward. Rewards should not be food related though. If you can relate your reward to your new fitness programme. A new piece of <a title="fitness equipment" href="http://www.jtxfitness.com/" target="_blank">fitness equipment </a>would not only be a good encouragement but it will also introduce a new element to your regime to stop you getting bored. A vibration plate for example would be a fun new &#8216;toy&#8217; that doesn&#8217;t require hours of sweat to show results.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t let yourself get bored and don&#8217;t let your new routine get stagnated. Maybe you could try a new fitness class or try a different form of training. Doing your normal workout on one of these can give your muscles that extra bit of help as well as providing you with something different to experiment with.</p>

What is fascinating though is that from the ones who claim they don&#8217;t like them, not many have actually tried to experience one. Many claim that luxury cruises are obsolete and they appeal just to old people just because it all started in the early days of the 20th century.<span id="more-75"></span> The Britannic and Titanic are two of the big names but mainly because they were sunk. It is a fact that many luxurious boats ended up in the depths of the oceans tragically.</p>
</p>
<p>All of us were amazed by the story of the Titanic, especially after watching any out of the many films about that dreamboat that was supposed to be unsinkable. My aunties who were living in the US, were coming to Europe every year on a cruise boat, not because it they were cheap but because they were afraid of planes. I still remember them telling me about the fun and excitement they were having on board on their way from New York to Southampton.</p>
</p>
<p>The romance, is a large part of the reason that luxury cruises appeal to so many people. Hollywood with all those romance films shot on luxurious cruise boats has definitely contributed to the myth. I was never realistic about participating in any of those <a href="http://www.whitestarcruises.com/cruise/five-star-cruises/" target="_blank">five star cruises</a> my aunties were so enthusiastic about. They seemed so happy each time they were talking about those unforgettable <a href="http://www.whitestarcruises.com/cruiselines/silversea-cruises/?url=line_silversea.phtml" target="_blank">Silversea cruises</a> or about some <a href="http://www.whitestarcruises.com/cruiselines/oceania-cruises/?url=line_oceaniacruises.phtml" target="_blank">Oceania cruises</a> that it became one of my dreams into the child&#8217;s mind.</p>
</p>
<p>It all changed though after my wife won a pair of tickets for a luxury cruise in a competition and I was forced to join her. It didn&#8217;t stop there though and since then I&#8217;ve been in a cruise 3 more times.</p>
